Fresh is always best their are some that say processeed food is not healthy eating and have fear of this diet . I have done it and see my doctor on a regular basis and all my levels are good. the way I do this diet was designed so a truck driver could do it without cooking and refrigeration . Everything can fit in a tote box and store easily in your truck all you need is a can opener and bowl and plastic eating utensils . it's up to you to read the labels and count the Cal's and check the sodium levels of what you use ! so come on let's get started
BREAKFAST; Kashi has many great cereals to chose from I used strawberry fields but you can pick from the shelf one you like but read the label some have more sugar and fat than others . powered nonfat milk, a fruit banana , apple or pare a cereal bar with fruit can be used but check the label for sugar and a low sodium V8 this will get your metabolism started for the day. I used some dietary supplements and toke them before I ate with one bottled water and one bottled water for my milk = 2 bottles of water and cinnamon added to it for sugar control

LUNCH: I used tuna but for you land lovers turkey and chicken can work as long as it's 100% fat free in water. about 2 cups or 4oz./ one can 14.5oz. or 4 cups of French style green beans(no salt added) /2 slices of wasa bread multi grain or light rye/ 2 cup or 4oz. of carrots with a 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar 5% deluded with water. it may not seem good to some but I mixed it all in a bowl and put the vinegar in the bowl. I used some supplements with 2 bottle water's

DINNER: one can 14.5oz. or 4 cups of spinach(no salt added)/ one can of French style green beans (no salt added)14.5oz. or 4 cups / 6.5 oz. or 1.5 cups of skinless boneless salmon in water and one can 2.5oz. or one cup of tuna in water ,you land lovers can use turkey or chicken as long as its 100% fat free in water and 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar 5% diluted with water and as lunch I mixed it al together . I used 2 bottled waters with supplement before and used 2 bottled waters after with supplement total = 4 bottles

It's simple really the super market shelf is you building block to make your own diet and if you don't like one thing you can choose an other that you like any green leafy veggie can replace spinach any 100% fat free meat can replace fish here is the rule in three meals you must total 2000 Cal's and not exceed 100 fat Cal's in your total daily intake the high fat Cal's is what makes us gain weight and exercise is the only way to burn fat off . diving we can't get the fat we eat off like them that go home every day

Many drivers like myself love Mtn DEW the regular has a lot of sugar and from HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP and one liter has 440 CAL'S . I've never like the taste of diet drink's but I had to try diet mtn dew and after one week of using it I liked it and 0 Cal's now if I try regular it almost makes me sick from the sweetness of it's taste

If you make up your own list of food's it's important you know how to read the label's on the can's CAL's total more than you think ! and for example at a glance a can mite say 45 CAL's per serving but a closer look shows that the can has about 3.5 servings per can and your can total's just jumped nearly 137 CAL's and that goes for the other fact's like fat CAL's so always total them up to figure you 2000 CAL limit

SUPPLEMENTS; their is a wide variety of supplements out their and the only one that I say you must use is fish,flax seed,borage oil and a multi vitamin this is to give you the fat our body needs and meet our daily requirements let's be honest if their was a pill that would fix our weight problems their would be nobody overweight ! all say you must exercise and eat a low Cal diet! I used one supplement diet aid that had hoodia in it this helped me fight off hunger and cayenne fruit help my metabolism I've tried all and none made any difference but what I mentioned in my option all them miracle diet pills is a big waist of hard earned money
